When your visa documents were sent to you from the Duke International Office, you also received an information sheet that notified you of a Mass Registration scheduled for you on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 in the Griffith Theater, Bryan Center, West Campus.

This still will take place.

However - only for graduate students enrolling in Arts & Sciences, the Divinity School, the Pratt School of Engineering, and in the Nicholas School of the Environment, we are offering earlier opportunities to register in our office. Those dates and times appear below:

Tuesday, August 12 11 a.m. or 3 p.m.
Thursday, August 14 11 a.m. or 3 p.m.

These registration sessions begin precisely at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. each day. Please arrive a few minutes early to begin completing required paperwork, and be sure to bring your immigration documents with you! We are located at 300 Alexander Avenue in Duke's Central Campus. We hope by offering these additional registration opportunities that it will help to reduce the size of the Mass Registration on August 19th.
